Do you struggle with unmanageable stress at work or at home? Do you feel that you’re carrying this anxiety and fear alone, and that you are losing motivation and hope? Are you dealing with trauma from the past or grieving significant loss? Challenges like these can be painful, yet they are often the catalysts that enable us to build resilience, gain new insight, and grow as individuals.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in the business world, I can help you on issues ranging from anxiety or depression, to deeper concerns about relationships, identity, meaning, purpose and personal transformation. I integrate eastern philosophy and mindfulness practices with the art and science of psychology, to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. Empathy and compassion are at the foundation of my work, and I believe that every individual has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Originally from China, I have lived and worked in the US for over 30 years, most recently as Director of Executive Development at Microsoft. My own cross-cultural background enables me to relate to the unique challenges faced by AAPI professional, interracial couples, and Asian American adolescents. I am a highly experienced leadership coach who can help you navigate your career and unleash your potential.

I use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to help clients gain insight about the source of anxiety, address their symptoms and develop long-term coping skills.
